Something Leather release mystic new single, ‘Disappear On Me’

Following the success of their first single, ‘Shotgun Persona’, which successfully launched them in late 2017 and opened up the doors of the Brighton alternative rock scene. Something Leather are back with their new single, ‘Disappear On Me‘.

For fans of Royal Blood, Black Honey and Queens of the Stone Age. Something Leather are a group, handcrafted to suit your playlists for when you feel like rocking out.

The use of a 70’s electric organ by lead singer, Phillie, could be argued to draw inspiration from the earlier Arctic Monkey’s album, Humbug, with songs such as ‘Pretty Visitors’. The new single, also bares resemblance to AM tracks such as, ‘Dangerous Animals’ and ‘Potion Approaching’. The fuzzy baritone guitar and heavy drum really likens to the omnipresent late 00’s rock style.

The new track, ‘Disappear On Me‘, is sure to boost their ever-increasing momentum as they build themselves up on the Brighton rock scene. With festival season on the horizon and Spring gigs fast approaching, I have high hopes for the trio to make a name for themselves. Definitely ones to watch out for.
